What is canada@150?

canada@150 invites young public servants to think broadly about Canada and its future.

Over the course of a year, starting in June 2008, a team of 150 young public servants will take part in a project to identify and evaluate the most important challenges that will face the country in 2017, when Canada celebrates the 150^th anniversary of Confederation.

Participants will go beyond research and develop their own policy responses to these challenges. They will consider the implications of their findings for the Public Service and how it can keep pace with change in order to meet the challenges of the future.
